Red Flecked Celluloid Slimline Ballpoint Pen

This is a lovely slimline twist pen made with red flecked celluloid. Celluloid offers a unique "flecked" pattern not found in other types of "plastic". The pen is made with 24K gold plated accents and uses a Cross® style refill that features a premium Swiss-made carbide writing tip for smooth consistent writing. To replace the refill, pull off top of pen above the center band and twist out the refill. A highly polished lacquer finish was used to protect the celluloid. These hand made pens and pencils make wonderful gifts and are absolute treasures to own!
