This is a very lovely small bowl made from the wood of a Liquidambar tree. A Walnut Creek, California homeowner removed the tree in in May of 2009. A gloss polyurethane finish was used to help protect and enhance the wood's character. The bowl can be used for serving salads, crackers, chips, candy, nuts, and other such items. Clean the bowl after each use with warm water and mild detergent. Wipe dry immediately.
