Sales Tax

California Residents are subject to current sales tax rate, which will be added to your purchases.

Shipping and Handling

We accept U.S. sales only, shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. The buyer pays the shipping and handling via U.S. Parcel Post including insurance. If you have ordered more than one item or have special shipping requirements or specific delivery requests, please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Description of Goods

All goods are described to the best of my knowledge and all are sold subject to availability. Customers must assume responsibility for the goods being suitable for purposes required. I accept no liability for losses, damage or injuries however caused by the use of such goods, nor losses due to the unavailability of goods. If goods are out of stock, I will contact customers for advice. All goods remain the property of Bill Tarleton until paid for in full.

Return of Goods

In the event of goods arriving damaged or unsuitable for use, please contact me at once by calling 925-939-8052. I will inform you on how you will be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me at once, and you may return it to me within 8 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange of equal value from what is currently available on the web site. I ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided, and that you ship your return via USPS (USA Mail). Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted work is the responsibility of the customer. Any item which incurs damage as a result of a return, and is not insured, will not be refunded.

If you wish to make a return, you must call and speak with me directly at 925-939-8052.

After I receive the returned goods in perfect condition, the purchase price will be refunded to you by check.
